| If you already have a MyZurich ID, you do not need to reregister. You will automatically have access to information about Surety & Financial Enterprises products and services when they are added on May 7th. (although you may wish to create bookmarks to reference us) If you require access to secure applications or services, such as our Forms Library, Commercial Surety Express or LPRS, you should "modify your profile". You will now be able to indicate that you do business with Surety & Financial Enterprises and will be able to request access to needed applications. | |
| 2 | Will I need to work with someone new or will my points of contact change as a result of the name change? |
| No, all of your exisitng contacts will remain the same. Although our name is changing, you will continue to have access to the same individuals and organization. | |

| The official date for the name change is May 1, 2001. The Fidelity and Deposit web site (www.fidelityanddeposit) will change on May 14th. | |

| Surety & Financial Enterprises information, forms and systems will be available on the Zurich North America web site (www.zurichna.com) effective May 14th. For an interim period, access will continue to be available via www.fidelityanddeposit.com to support the transition to the new site and to secure a new Zurich ID and password. | 5 | How do employees get a MyZurich id |
| All employees use their Notes Id and internet the password. If you "login" to Channel Z, this is the same id and password. If you have not yet set your Notes internet password, the steps are as follows: 1. Open the Zurich's Notes Address Book Database 2. In the left column select People 3. Find and then double-click on your name in the right column to open your person document 4. Click on the Edit Document button at the top left corner. 5. Enter your desired password in the Internet Password field. 6. Take note of the User Name on the document; it will be your internet user name. 7. Click on the Save and Close button in the top left corner. 8. Your password is now set. Allow 4 to 8 hours for the update to replicate throughout the network. | |
